Our Story Built on honesty,
Our Full Story
Built on honesty,
backed by craft
Honest Construction and Landscaping was founded in 2017 with a straightforward goal: give homeowners in Tooele County a contractor they could actually trust. The name was not chosen by accident. We built this company around the idea that people deserve straight answers, fair pricing, and work done right the first time.
What makes us different starts at the top. The owners sell the jobs and show up on the job site. You are not handed off to a crew of subcontractors you have never met. When you call us, you get us. That level of involvement keeps the quality consistent and the communication clear from start to finish.

Tooele County
Based in Tooele — serving every corner of Tooele County.
Primary Service Area
Grantsville, UT
Grantsville sits about 11 miles west of Tooele City and has seen significant new home construction in recent years, with a median construction year of 1999 and a large share of homes added between 2010 and the present. Single-family detached homes make up the overwhelming majority of the housing stock, and most sit on larger lots than you find closer to Salt Lake County. That lot size and the prevalence of newer construction means most Grantsville homes were built with full unfinished basements, giving homeowners a ready canvas for a basement finish. The city's position in the open Tooele Valley also means it catches cold air drainage in winter, making a well-insulated finished basement a practical upgrade for year-round comfort.
